For a new office, CTS offered us excellent advice on hardware and component requirements (pcs, peripherals and telephone system) which, post installation, we can honestly say were delivered upon. Absolutely nothing was or is left to chance with CTS, from advising our electrician where to put network points based on the layout of our office to receiving compliments from the guy installing our case management system, who could not believe how professional our network is nor the thought put into it. Pricing is as competitive as anything you will find in the marketplace and even if that was not to be the case, in hindsight, we know and can say that it is worth every penny. Because of the quality of the installation, we rarely if ever require support. However, it is there if you need it. We can’t recommend CTS enough for a great job. Well done
